Almost a decade ago, in 2014, a dream was born in Ciudad del Este, Paraguay - an ambitious dream that aimed to connect people and companies, catalyzing a technological transformation across the country. This dream materialized in the form of Neo Telecom.

Initially, our vision was to focus on selling and managing customers collaboratively. However, we quickly realized that Paraguay was ready for something much bigger - a technological revolution. Although we faced initial setbacks in our collaborations, we didn't let that get us down. Instead, we reassessed and restructured, evolving into what we are today: Red Paraguaya de Telecomunicaciones S.A., also known as Neo Telecom.

With a new identity and renewed purpose, we assume the mission of becoming a complete Internet provider for Paraguay. Despite the myriad technical and infrastructure challenges we faced, our customers were by our side every step of the way. Together, we build our network day after day, providing unlimited and affordable Internet access for everyone - something that until then was an unattainable luxury for many Paraguayan families.

At Neo Telecom, we believe in doing things differently. Since our first day, we've led the way in terms of network quality and customer service. We connected entire neighborhoods to fiber optics for the first time, supporting technological development in our service areas.
